1. Processing Time

All orders are processed and handed over to our fulfillment partner within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

2. Delivery Times & Shipping Costs

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on the destination country. All shipments include tracking as standard.

3. Shipment Tracking

As soon as your package is on its way, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track the status of your delivery in real-time.

Should delays occur due to exceptional circumstances (such as strikes, extreme weather conditions, or regional lockdowns), we ask for your patience. We monitor the shipping status closely and will notify you immediately via email in the event of significant delays.
